Printing locally means faster turnaround times, easier communication, consistent quality, & no overseas shipping delays. It also allows us to maintain strict quality control over every order.

Yes. All stickers are printed & finished in-house in Melbourne using commercial-grade equipment & premium materials.

Yes. The minimum is Qty 50 for most stickers, although the paper sticker minimum is Qty 250. Decal letter & shape CCV sign vinyl has a minimum of Qty 10.

Yes. It is possible to order a single prototype for a minimum charge. It's best to email us directly to discuss. This process is ideal for press checking & testing colours, scale or prototypes before placing a larger order.

Absolutely. We keep production records, making repeat orders quick & easy. Our customer login portal will remember your email & send you a unique login link each time to access your history. You can build new orders from previous jobs across your entire historical archive.

Yes. If your job is unusual or requires special materials, simply contact us via email & we'll provide a quotation.

Vector artwork always provides the ability to scale infinitely & gives the best print quality.

Yes! If you're creating your artwork in Canva, we recommend exporting it as an SVG wherever possible. This retains the vector artwork & gives us the best possible print quality.

For artwork containing photos, gradients, blends or complex multi-coloured images, export your design as a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.

If you're unsure which format to supply, send us your order with artwork & we'll check it before production.

Yes. We offer artwork preparation & design assistance if your files need adjusting or recreating. This includes a basic check; additional time or full artwork creation is possible but has fees attached.

Yes. Every file is reviewed before production to ensure it is suitable for printing. An FA Proof is returned to you for approval after it has been checked.

We'll contact you via email before printing & discuss the best solution.

Yes. In many cases we can prepare your artwork for contour cutting or transparent backgrounds. If you are preparing your artwork in Procreate or Photoshop, you can create a copy of the artwork at the same dimensions & fill a solid black shape to your preferred cut shape; we can do the rest.

Yes. Our premium vinyl stickers are waterproof & suitable for both indoor & outdoor use. Paper stock is durable, but if it sits in the esky for hours, I don't expect you'll peel it off in one piece.

Yes. All the vinyl & UV ink used has durable UV resistance, & our laminated vinyl stickers are extra strong to resist fading from sunlight.

No. Our unlaminated UV ink is tough; it doesn't rub off like eco-solvent ink, which requires laminate. Our laminated process provides extra resistance to scratches, abrasion & everyday wear.

All our vinyl stickers generally survive dishwasher use, although hand washing will always maximise their lifespan. Clients have battered them on drink bottles, canoes & helmets, hiking & kayaking all over the place.

Yes. Our outdoor vinyl products are specifically designed for long-term exterior use.

Gloss produces bright, vibrant colours with a reflective finish. If you like white reflections, gloss has that wrapped-in-plastic appeal. Satin-matte provides a smooth, low-sheen appearance with reduced glare & fingerprints.

Yes. We offer satin-matte laminates depending on the application & desired appearance.

Yes. We can print white ink onto clear, coloured & specialty materials. It's perfect for clear vinyl stickers & two-way window solutions.

While we don't print metallic ink, we can print onto metallic foil adhesive materials that create stunning metallic effects.

Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the sticker only, leaving the backing intact for easier peeling. This is common on kiss-cut sticker sheets.

Die-cut stickers are precisely cut around the outside contour shape of your design.

Multiple stickers arranged onto a single sheet for convenience.

Multiple stickers printed & packed into poly bags with a double-sided print insert card. They're finished with resealable bags for you to sell or add other items.

These stickers allow intricate lettering or graphics to be applied using transfer tape. There is no background, just the colour in your artwork. Most orders are monotone, but it is possible to build them with more colours if required.

Our premium laminated vinyl stickers typically last several years outdoors depending on positioning, use & exposure. Unlaminated stickers are rated by the manufacturer's standard for 1+ year, but results have tested far longer.

Yes. Most stickers can be removed, although adhesive residue may remain depending on the surface after extensive age. The adhesive is considered removable, meaning when you peel it off it shouldn't leave residue, but this always depends on sun exposure & the length of time the sticker has been stuck.

Generally no, provided the paint is properly cured & in good condition.

Yes. International shipping is available for most products.

Most orders are produced within a few business days, although larger or specialised jobs may take longer.

Yes. Local pickup is available by arrangement.

Yes. An order confirmation & payment receipt are automatically emailed from Stripe after purchase.

Yes. We can print sequential numbering, barcodes, QR codes & variable information.

We aim to closely match supplied Pantone references, although exact matches may vary depending on the material, ICC profiles & printing process.

Yes. We produce stickers suitable for application to glass, including clear & reverse-printed window graphics.

Yes. Our 5-layer double-sided stickers are printed on clear vinyl, with white ink & a blockout layer sandwiched between the two printed sides. This means you can have different artwork or messages visible in each direction — perfect for windows, glass doors, shopfronts & other transparent surfaces.

Yes. We offer slip-rated floor graphics suitable for many indoor applications.

Yes. Removable adhesive options are available for most of our products.

Absolutely. Our vinyl is ideal for vehicle applications.

Yes. We can contour cut virtually any shape, & a majority of our orders are cut to shape.

If there's an issue caused by our production process, contact us as soon as possible with photographs & we'll work with you to resolve it promptly.

Some backing papers & packaging materials are recyclable. Vinyl itself has limited recyclability, but we continually seek more sustainable materials where practical.

Yes. We optimise layouts wherever possible to reduce material waste while maintaining product quality. Cardboard & wrapping from deliveries are reused if suitable for sending out our orders.
